Zaxby's

I ordered a side salad a chicken fingers. When I got home and opened the salad, it appeared as though salad dressing had already been poured on the salad and it was wilted. I called the University store to let them know and the manager's personality was very rude. She went on to tell me without apologizing that I had to bring the salad back and she would give me a refund. I asked her could I get a fresh salad and she said yes but I had to return the other one. I told that was not a problem and I would. The more I thought about it I decided if they would give me a salad that had already been used, why would I take the chance on getting another one. They have definitely lost my business and I will not be returning.

Most of the time the food is pretty good but this last trip, I got chicken that was pretty burnt and when I turned around and went back I was told that's how it looks ( even though I've been here multiple times) and if I wanted to fix it I'd have to pay for another meal.... yeah, that didn't set right... maybe just a bad day!

In my experience, you don't get nearly as many fries in the drive-thru. I ordered double fries/no slaw and it seemed as if it was just the normal amount of fries (not double). My other order was for regular fries and slaw but they did not include the slaw. Dine-in always seems to be the better option at all the Zaxby's I have visited

First-time at a Zaxby's finally and they did NOT disappoint! My debit card will soon hate me because this is now my new spot. Their fry seasoning is bomb! Their chicken fingers are nice, crunchy, and juicy. Even with the kid meal, I got two of those fat tenders! They also have a freestyle machine, yaas! I'm excited to visit again, thanks!
