The attitude is bad. The employees stay hold for 20 minutes 😒. When ordering they have another 15 etc for more. So I have to leave due fact my work. Clinton and Madison employees good. Jackson employees on Northside is so unprofessional. So 😔. My name is Kammie Mason.
This place is a hot mess. We waited 45 minutes for 2 meals and the meat was overcooked and my sandwich looked like they tossed it in a bowl before I got it. I won't be going back😡
It's been a while since I worked and ate in this area, but I do remember it was not very memorable. Although today I was very surprised that it was the best service and food I've had at sonic in quite some time. Just wanted to thank the staff for a great experience!
My first time back at Sonic in years. I Ordered the Oreo Shake and it wasn't the consistency I was looking for. The Oreo's s were not chunky and the milkshake was thin. The service however was great.
Well the Trader Joe's was good the drink was good but I couldn't eat my chicken cuz I cooked it too long and it was hard as a rock
Now this location knows how to make my chocolate Snickers blast! Y'all are awesome!

DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT . I clicked the button 3 or 4 times before they took my order . I was ignored by a guy that answered told me to hold on and forgot all about me . He took everyone else order at each slot
