Service is fast and unlike the Richland Mcdonalds they don't forget who had what. There straws are kept to the left of the counter so you have to remember to get them yourself. But honestly, I work at UMMC, I drive past the Mcdonalds in Richland everyday and I still prefer this Mcdonalds. The staff
