The Pizza Shack

I don’t know what happen to pizza shack in Jackson ms but this was unacceptable even if they did try to complement me. I returned the pizza and to top it off, this wasn’t even chicken.I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. They explained after the fact to me that they were out of chicken and asked me what’s wrong with it ( clearly 😳) this looks like goop and some form of chicken out of a can. Nasty and the worst experience ever

First time having pizza from here! We were visiting from Dallas and decided to try the Pizza Shack. It was beyond delicious. Pizza so good you end up eating the whole slice, crust included; I've never eaten the crust before. Looking forward to making a trip back to Jackson just to have this pizza again!!!

I was told to try The Pizza Shack and I'm glad I did. I called in my order and was told 25 minutes, which is reasonable time during busy hours. I was there to pick up a little early and the pizzas where being put in the window as I spoke to the two young ladies, who were very friendly and nice. And both practiced great manners towards the covic pandemic . And best pizza I've had in a very long time . And I've been all over the country. Price was very fair. If I had to complain about anything parking is a little confusing for a first timer. But the pizza and service makes up for that. &*that was what is left and we are stuffed

Arrived around 4:00 - 4:30 and order medium sized pizza and revived order around 6:30. I realized there were call in but the in store customers were waiting more than an hour after being told thirty five minutes. The worst part was the pizza was not good. The crust was browned too fast leaving it soggy the tops appeared to be cold and old. The wings had the smell of raw chicken. They were not good to eat. However, we normally receive very good service and food, but today Sunday, February 13, 2022 was not one of those days. Thank you

I went to Pizza Shack on a Saturday evening on 2/5/2022 and I received my twenty-four piece wing order that was so wrong and the wings were severely under cooked. I didn't realize this until I got home so I called the restaurant and I was told to bring my order back. However, it was too far for me to drive and my guests had already started eating the wings. I am very disappointed in the service I received because I usually get quality service from this establishment. Something needs to change. Update.. I was told from the manager that I was receiving a refund from my order but they still took the money from my account after my disgusting order on Feb 5th. They are liars and they make terrible food and I suggest that no one spends their money here.
