My boss gets breakfast on the app every day. The staff knows him by name. It’s awesome. What a blessing to have food readily available when you pull up to the drive through. I think he he gets the McGriddle, if I ate breakfast I’d eat the sausage biscuits
Drive-thru service is usually friendly, quick and efficient. There are times when I have to park in the "drive-thru" spots due to food still cooking, but that's okay. I personally don't mind waiting for my food to come out hot and fresh.
This Mcdonalds' once made me the best tasting to-go hashbrown I have eaten. They are experienced at mobile orders, and the parking lot is easy to navigate. Prices aren't what they were before inflation but the breakfast, buy one sandwich get one for $1 is back on. They have a lobby kiosk.
No kids
The food is well made and given fast after ordered so I can’t complain all that much. But the environment is absolutely horrible. The employees cuss and yell at each other 24/7 and complain that there are other employees that are late. There is plenty of staff but I think there just might be too muc

July 3rd after fireworks rush. Service was slow through drive thru, but food was all super fresh. Fresh fries are the best!

Can't have a better experience at a McDonald's than the one in Jackson. They even took the time to organize the chicken nuggets.
Actually we ate last evening at McDonald's. We hadn't been inside for a number of years. This place is spick and span. What happened to the $ menu. The food was good.
Customer service is great at this McDonald's! Curtis is always attentive and makes sure the customers are happy with their food and service!
