I may bump it up to 5 stars if I go back again. Truth be told, I am mostly responsible for any displeasure I experienced today! But I do feel the need to warn folks - The Dinger Sampler is not a random sampler of wing flavors, as I though when I ordered it (with extra fries!). It is a sampler of their deep fried sides. I should have asked what was in it! It is fries, onion rings, jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, and some breaded fried chicken nuggety things. They were all very good, delightfully crispy, and not dripping with grease or anything. I just didn't have time on my lunch break to order anything else and so scarfed and left with a stomach ache. My only non-self-inflicted issue was that the service was a little dry. Not rude at all, but I'm not sure she spoke more than 2 words to me. And I do wish the menu item had a description with it. I will definitely give them another try and ask about what's included in menu items that aren't obvious!

Try the hellfire wing challenge, it's not just hotter then hell but actually has great pepper flavor, if you succeed in the time limit you get free hellfire challenge wings and pic on wall, I did it look for my pic on the wall ! It was awesome !

I tried the Sticky Icky wings and the Cheesy Bacon Ranch Fries. Traditional wings are worth the wait. They have at least a dozen flavors from sweet to spicy!! Cant wait to try them all. The service was excellent he took the time to let me know about their menu and even sample some sauces. Their fries were amazing as well. Better than fast food fries, maybe even better than my own home cooked fries. Great toppings lots of options. They also have hot dogs, polish dogs and hot links. Maybe next time. 💕

This restaurant has delicious wings and fries. They have many sauces to choose from and they give samples so you can decide which sauce you want before you order. I had the boneless wings with Sticky Icky sauce (which is sweet and a bit spicy) and the Dinger Fries (which are topped with blue cheese, green onions and chili oil). Both dishes were very tasty. Their portions are very generous. The staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant is very clean. I would highly recommend it. Also, it helps to call your order in ahead of time because they are very popular.

Our favorite new restaurant. Reviewer who said "not worth it" must have just had a bad experience. Addictive, high quality, delicious wings. Reasonably priced for what it is. The fries are all awesome. I love it!!! Our whole group of friends has been going multiple times a week since they've opened. Refreshing to see a new non-franchise restaurant in Amador county for once!!! 10/10 Hope this plays stays in business!

Service was outstanding, restaurant very clean. Big selection of wings, fries and dogs. I had the garlic parmesan and cherry chipotle, both excellent. My only complaint, and it's small, is that the skin on the wings was a little fattier than I prefer. But, overall it was outstanding. Oh, and if your brave enough, try their hottest sauce, not on a wing, just a drop, It's worth it!!

Very friendly, clean, and fast service. I ordered the Buffalo wings and was impressed with the different flavors. I love extremely spicy food and the flavors here were able to mix that very well without taking away from the other. Definitely returning!
