Came in for dinner on a Saturday as part of a party of 4. We did not have reservations but were seated within 15 minutes of putting out names on the waitlist.
The vice of the restaurant is upscale chic, lots of dim lighting and lovely for date night.
The food here is absolutely amazing - every single thing we ordered was spot on and delicious. I have to especially call out the Dan-Dan noodles - the flavors on this dish were so on point. No regrets ordering this!

Really nice sushi bar staff .the waiters and waitress were very kind but took a while to serve us. Food was good but the edamame came with a lot of sauce in-our view and the gyoza chili is also a bit too much.

We really enjoyed the sushi rolls and cucumber kimchi here. Service was good even though they were busy. Gluten free soy sauce available.

Yum, yum, yum! One of the best meals we had in Jackson! The sushi was very fresh and delicious, and our noodle dishes were also fantastic. Don’t miss out on the green bean appetizer! Service was excellent as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I like this place. Prices are good, about 25$ per person for dinner with drinks. Our server was so nice and friendly, great service. No waiting list, what is so good. It was busy but we got out food and drinks fast

I've been to Japan many times and hence I usually get a bit disappointed when visiting Japanese restaurants in other parts of the world.
Noodle Kitchen in Jackson, WY, however, is one of those rare gems that make you feel almost like you're in Japan. True, the Miso soup could use a bit more flavor, true, some of the fancy sushi rolls may not be for everybody. But the creativity of the kitchen, the friendly service, and the great modern atmosphere make more than up for it.
Overall, I left the restaurant very happily, my sushi tasted insanely good, the tempura was one of the best I've ever had. Reasonable prices all across the board. Visit this if you're in the area!
