Review Paisley Parlor - Issaquah

It's a great spot in Gilman village, known for their desserts and high tea/afternoon tea. You do need to make a reservation in advance for tea though. It was only okay and I'd advise to skip it and just order ice cream or pastries instead a la carte. Tea for 2 adults and 2 kids runs about $100, there's a large selection of teas you can choose from, though some were out when we went, the kids have a choice of drinks like pink lemonade in a teapot, but refills cost extra and their food is geared more towards kids.

A group of very good girlfriends decided to celebrate one of us birthday in this cozy lovely place. Service was impeccable, the selection of tea was large enough for everyone’s choice.. Great place for a special occasion.

Super cute little tea shop. We have been for birthday parties and just for afternoon tea with friends or grandparents and it's always a big hit. The sandwiches and cakes/cookies are a lovely bite size and the tea options are brilliant. My 2.5 year old daughter thinks it's the best place in the world and the mini tea cups with hot chocolate or pink lemonade they do for the kids is the cutest.

I had the Afternoon Tea, and everything was delicious. The three different sandwiches, cucumber, cheese, and chicken with artichoke cream cheese were very flavorful. The scones were light and crumbly. And the sweets were sweet, I liked the lemon drop shortbread the best. Environment was fun and beautiful. We will be coming back again!

Cute tea and pastry shop with some gift items for purchase. We had a sugar cookie, chocolate chip cookie, strawberry tea latte, and pink lemonade. All were tasty, especially the cookie. We didn't have the afternoon tea set but we saw people who did and it looked lovely.

Very disappointed in our Afternoon Tea experience. We pd $25 to secure spot and expected that meant all would be fresh. Instead, sandwiches obviously had been made ahead and were all dry. (On the way out we noted one of the two young ladies making some without gloves on). The staff pretty much ignored us after we were served. We had to ask for more tea (which was excellent) and for our check. The atmosphere was nothing special. We've been to a number of Afternoon Tea establishments and sadly will not return to this one.

The grand earl grey is fairly standard. Definitely coming back with the family to try other teas and the icecream. The chocolate cheesecake is great. The crust may seem a bit hard to cut through but its anything but hard when it melts in the mouth. The employees answered all my questions and were so very friendly. Ok wow if you love earl grey then just as for a heaping scoop beforehand bc it is so much better. The scent is nicer the regular way but the flavor is so much tastier when its stronger. While sitting here chatting they offered to test it out. I ended up with a lavender lemon shortcake and I have to say usually I'm not a fan of shortcake but that has to be the best. It's not dry like shortcakes usually are. Yum!

I’m sure this place is great if you want to do high tea, but I was hoping for some looseleaf or specialty blends. Their actual beverage service is fine, but nothing terribly outstanding.

Guys. Gals. This is my favorite place. It makes me happy to just walk in the door. The teas are delicious and perfectly brewed so that they aren't weak or bitter. The cookies melt in your mouth. The atmosphere is delightful and the prices are reasonable.

Such a delightful place! Very inviting, warm, and hospitable. Tea was delightful. Pastries and sandwiches as well. We went as a party of four and had a wonderful afternoon tea. Authentically British. Felt like I was in England again, but such a much shorter trip for the experience!

What's not to love? This place is unique and so relaxing. I've been with adults for tea and the kids love the candy and ice cream. Can't wait to go back!

Everything was excellent! Super yummy scones, and the set up was amazing! My daughters loved it, as did I. We also loved that the sandwiches were already vegetarian friendly.
