Delicious food that was served quickly. The crisp breakfast potatoes were fantastic, and my egg scramble was better than diner quality so was a nice surprise. If I can think of one thing to improve it would be slightly more prompt wait staff. All up it was value for money and well worth it.

We went on Sunday for brunch and it was busy but the hostess was very gentil and accommodating making sure everyone was comfortable while waiting for open tables. Once we were seated the busboy promptly came with water and offer drinks for the kids. The atmosphere is nice and casual surrounded by many indoor plants. There's a couple of TVs playing cute animals videos but they broadcast football/basketball games when in season. My husband got the Canadian Swiss hamburger with fries and I got Reebeye served with 12th Ave Spuds, toast and eggs. The kids got Mickey Mouse Pancake and Chiken strip and fries. We also ordered some fresh brewed Coffe to go with our meals..Food arrive quickly, hot and exact what with ordered. Portions are generous and the quality is great. Overall great experience, we were a little worried to.go on a Sunday because of the long waits and crowded restaurants can get but I was surprised how smooth our experience was. Will be back for more.

We went for brunch and it was a full house. Only had to wait a few minutes though. Once seated we both ordered breakfast dishes. She ordered the Montana while I had a three egg scramble. Both dishes were excellent and we had some leftovers to take home and enjoy later. The service was great as well. We plan on going back again and trying something different. I feel confident it will be just as good. It's unfortunate they don't have a slightly larger restaurant as people did end up waiting after we had arrived. That being said it's worth the wait as people are in and out fairly quickly.

Delicious breakfast and fun diner decor. Our food was delicious and the staff were so sweet and attentive. We watched the host help an older regular up from his chair and offer to help him to his car. Our coffee cups were never empty!

Before the pandemic this location of 12th Avenue Cafe not only had great tasting food, the quality was excellent as well. For example the Hamburger Steak meal was fresh formed ground beef made into a patty and grilled to perfection with fresh vegetables and homemade mash potatoes with gravy. That appears to longer be the case considering my meal which was essentially a Costco like preformed previously frozen hockey puck of ground beef patties, canned vegetables which tasted like they were microwaved and mashed potatoes likely from a box with gravy that could have been from a packet from the grocery store. During my most recent order (see pictures) I was not prepared for the gravy laden monstrosity pictured. I don't expect a gourmet meal when getting take out delivered from a service, yet I do expect a good meal. Once I scarped most of the gravy from the meatloaf (pictured) it was adequate but again not like they once were before the Covid pandemic. I understand, restaurants need to make a profit, this is especially the case during the pandemic, yet I still expect a meal better than what I could have made in my kitchen.

I love all the natural plants there, this is a very small cafe with good customer service and delicious food! I've come to this place a few other times. There are many meal options, something for everyone.

Food was ok, never was offered a beverage. Inexpensive but very basic. I ordered a turkey 🦃 melt, processed turkey slices, chips from a bag, but I guess that's what you get for a $12.49 sandwich. Waitress rushing me to pay because she's off soon. Huh?
