The lobster Mac and cheese is exceptional I could eat it everyday for the rest of my life!!! I didn’t get photos but the appetizers We got were brussel sprouts and onion rings and they were SOOOO good! Everything here was great. I really enjoyed coming here and will be a repeat customer!!!

This is truly the best place for great service and great food. I think it's the best steak in Washington hands down. It's a fun environment, that also allows for a meeting setting. There is no way you go wrong here.

Came in for dessert and cocktails. Great bartender. Great cocktails. The peach cobbler could do with a little more flavor but it could be the whiskey messing with my pallet.

A little surprised at the reviews after dining here. It presents itself as a high-end steak restaurant, as the cheapest cut will set you back just over $40. The steak was ordered medium rare and it came very well done - it was tough and chewy. The wife ordered the fried chicken which was way overcooked and dry. The service was good and our waitress was great. The food would have been good as well if it was half the price - for the prices you're much better off going to John Howie.

Great filling meal for a date night. Menu has enough variety and it’s all delicious. Leave room for dessert. I recommend the ribeye cowboy style with garlic mashed. Cheesecake for dessert. Their mixed drink was strong enough with a twist.

This place was a great date night out! We had fun to finally get out of the house and eat somewhere that was lively and packed with people which is a nice change of place after staying home so much of the last year. The only thing that was not perfect was my steak which was tough. I don’t think that is a reflection on the food as my girlfriend’s steak was awesome. Definitely tasty food and drinks overall, so give it a try!

As far as steakhouses go, this place is pretty good. Not exceptional, but certainly worth checking out. Food was good, sizable portions, great wine selection, a little pricey, but what steakhouse isn't. I personally don't go out of my way to go here, but if I'm in the area it's certainly a place worth checking out. Point of note, on Mondays they do an amazing prime rib!. Also the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

A-MA-ZING! Every time we go there, it's just fantastic! Service and food are top notch. I'm glad that they do reservations now. If you compare it to other steak houses in the area, the value at Jak's is so much greater! Recommendations: wedge salad, fried Brussel sprouts, and NY Strip steak.
