Island Ice

One of the best restaurants in Isle of Palms. The staff is exceptionally nice and the food comes out so fast you can't even blink an eye. It's a small little place nestled in a strip mall somewhat of a hidden gem. It is a bit pricey but on a nice date night it's perfect but I do recommend a reservation it's a very small restaurant and it gets filled up in all seasons.

Some of the best seafood we've had in a long time. The broiled scallops, fried flounder and fried shrimp were all delicious. The hush puppies were top notch, although probably not worth the Seven Dollars charged for a dozen or so, especially since at many similar restaurants they are complimentary. We made a reservation and were seated immediately on arrival at the only open table in the otherwise packed room. This is obviously a very popular place.

Don’t let the location of being in a strip next to Harris Teeter deter you from this gem. The food is amazing and the service was excellent! We were a party of 6 and did make reservations. We hit some traffic and were worried we’d be late and called prior to the reservation saying such and it was not a problem at all. They were very pleasant when they answered the phone and assured us they would not give up our reservation. We were greeted with big smiles and sat down immediately (we were only about 5 minutes late). Our server was Nicole and she was wonderful! The bread served is delish! Crunchy on the outside and soft inside. We started with fried calamari and everyone agreed it was one of the best they have ever had. I ordered the Parmesan Salmon and it was excellent. My husband had the stuffed shrimp and it was delicious! We were celebrating birthdays and ordering the Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie and WOW was that amazing! It was a phenomenal dining experience and we can’t wait to return.

This was by far one of the most pleasant places my husband and I have ever been too! We came here tonight for our one year anniversary and the food was absolutely phenomenal, Dorothy took amazing care of us and was so polite. The drinks were amazing and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. 10/10 Will definitely be returning!!!
