Very nice location and plenty of items on the menu to choose from. We found this restaurant when we moved to the area years ago. We don't live here any longer, but try to stop by when we're in the area. Staff are always helpful and are happy to help make a selection from the menu. Usually not very c
We’ve eaten dinner here a couple of times. This was our first time having brunch. We really enjoyed our dinner the times we come. The shrimp & grits are delicious and there are several options. We’ve tried the Charleston and the Fried Green tomatoes with Pimento Cheese Grits (added sausage). The suc
We recently dined at Acme Low Country Kitchen on the Isle of Palms, and I must say, the food was really good! The flavors were delicious, and the low country cuisine truly shined. The service was attentive. While I didn't give it a full five stars because there's always room for improvement, we woul
This was easily one of the best breakfasts we have ever had! The goat cheese omelette was cooked perfectly! The pecan crusted chicken biscuit was also just amazing! We will definitely be back! We went back for dinner and got some of the best seafood and sides we have ever eaten! We are so happy wit
No complaints really. Calamari was underwhelming for the price. The Creole was good and so was the York Town. I wouldn't spend any money on alcohol. Everything was quick and hot. Would definitely eat there again.
As soon as I walked in the was cold &very welcoming atmosphere. I needed all that cold air after coming from the beach. I received so many compliments from the staff for my “pink fuzzy shades”. The music in the bar area was good. Our sever name was Ashton. She was super cool, beautiful inside & our
Food was delicious. Pancakes and French toast were so good! Coffee wasn’t the greatest but I highly recommend coming here for a quick little breakfast.
Me, my boyfriend and son were very excited to try this finally today for dinner! It was absolutely amazing! The wait was a bit long, about 45 mins, but it was totally worth it. Our server was super sweet and was doing her best with how crazy packed it was. Very rude people in there tonight it was nu
I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this was hands down some of the BEST comfort food I’ve ever had on ANY trip. I had the ‘Isle of Palms’ which was Blackened Shrimp, Smoked Sausage, Caramelized Onions & Tomatoes over a bed of the most fluffy and well made grits I’ve ever tasted. The sausage had a
Me and my family really enjoyed our evening meal at Acme! I had the She crab soup as an appetizer and Blackened Salmon with cornbread and greens for my entree - absolutely delicious 😋 The service was exceptional!
If staying in IOP, you must drop into Acme Lowcountry kitchen. The food is terrific and highlights all the fantastic food culture in the greater Charleston area. We sat at the bar, and PJ took excellent care of us! We look forward to returning for another fantastic breakfast. Here's a picture of the
Oh my gosh…. Traveling here from Wisconsin and this is the first time I’be had grits I like. I was so painfully full but found myself sneaking bites of grits still. We had fried green tomatoes for an app and DAMN were they good.
Excellent! Cheryl was our waitress and she was great! We tried this place for the first time today and we will be back. I tried the Pecan fried chicken grit bowl and it was amazing!! I also tried a bite of French toast and I’ll definitely try the Bulls Bay breakfast next time. Tip: Come very hungry!
Was visiting from South Jersey and my cousin took my mom and myself here for our last meal before returning home. We were blown away to say the least. Portions were huge ... service was on point . Will definitely put this on our "go to" list for when we're back down visiting.
Best Southern brunch around!! Fried green tomato Benny was to die for! Fast and friendly service, good prices, high quality fresh ingredients.
Delicious food: Whistlestop shrimp, pimento cheese grits, fried green tomatoes, tea, and key lime pie. Will happily go back next time in town.
