Blenders In The Grass

I really enjoyed Blenders. They have a lot of options, and are very mindful about food allergies. There is a sign at the register that let's you know to let them know about any allergies. I have a banana allergy, and let them know, so they made sure to use an extremely clean blender to make sure there were not banana residue. There are 2 sizes, and the pricing for both is very reasonable. I like this place more than Jamba Juice. And I really like the free supplements you can have added.

Not a big fan of most smoothie places - they act like they are healthy but load them with sugar. This is disappointing because a smoothie CAN be very healthy. Prevalence of "ice milk" (just a high-sugar version of ice cream) and very sweet juices makes it pretty difficult to get something good for you here. The good thing about Blenders is they will let you use a custom blend of most any ingredients and are more flexible than most chains. However, all of their staff seems to be terrible at following directions and this location is worse than most.
