2nd time at this location. First time 2 years ago. They had such rude customer service. But today I was in Irving and decided to give another try. They were busy. 4 customers in line and they were trying to fill online orders. Very messy. Messy counter. Messy food boards. Not dirty just Messy. Even the meat slicer. They had people showing up to pick up orders and they were not complete. One person adding toppings to the sandwiches did not speak English so you had to pint to the toppings you wanted or if you wanted mayo. The sandwich is good. I love Jersey Mike's. But this location is 100percent disaster.

Jimmy John's had apparently closed and moved out of their building so checked my map app for Sub Sandwiches and Jersey Mike's was just up the street. First time I had been there. Sandwiches were nice and cold, which was great after a really hot day. Service was great and quick. Price was comparable to Jimmy John's, it worked for me. Will go there again.

I've been frequenting this location for about half a year now and this is by far my favorite place to stop on my lunch breaks! Staff is super friendly and even knows my order by memory.
I'll walk up to the counter and an certain employee (I don't know her name) will almost always say "number 9 today?" 10/10 would definitely recommend!

My BF and I went yesterday evening July 4th and were helped by a wonderful team. The young lady and gentlemen were hard at work and really made our sandwiches with a lot of love. I have never had Jersey Mikes before so let me tell you after last night I am a fan! Thank you both for your service and making our JM experience one to remember! Our sandwich and cookies were bomb! Great service!

Update:
Think I jinxed myself with the good review. Next order screwed up and it was just one sub. Website does nothing but pawn people off to the store. Got a call from the store I couldn't take, and decided I don't care enough to bother.

Fast and consistent at this location. I satisfy an occasional steak sub craving here and they always do a good job with my takeout order.

I’m not sure what is wrong with the young Chinese girl working today, but for some reason, she did not want to take my order. Always a great team effort, great service. Love that about this sandwich place. Shift manager, I'm thinking the bearded guy in the red shirt seems to be a really good manager, employees respond well and work as a team. Oh yeah, the food is fresh and delicious.

Jersey mike's is always a great place to get a good, fresh sub! The only complaint I have about this location is that it seems their oven is turned up too high. I got a sub on rosemary bread today, and it was almost hard as a rock on the outside and looked overdone. It was very tough and chewy while trying to eat the sub. At other locations the bread doesn't look this dark brown. Hopefully they can improve on that in the future. Otherwise the sub would have been fantastic.
