This store has changed ownership and employees a couple of times. The current employees especially late afternoons on weekdays are hard working. A lot of stuff is happening all the time and they handle it pretty effectively. Yes there can be a line up usually because someone is buying a complicated amount of lottery tickets but the workers try their best to clear the line.

went in today around 3pm, gentleman at check out was helpful and woman who seemed to be manager offered her app for a special as we don't have smart phone. store is always clean

There is a gentleman named Ralph who was working being the register at the 7-eleven on Titus ave who went above and beyond while trying to help me. I was having issues with my chip card and Ralph was extremely patient and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and this way by far the best customer service I’ve received at a convenience store. Thank you to Ralph who made my night by his kind, friendly service.
