Delicious! Decadent. Always nice to take a stroll. Staff are amazing. I've gone here many times and excited that they have opened back up for the year. I enjoy their daily specials.
Delicious malts and shakes. Will definitely be back again to try some of their other options.

It's local and tastes great! The kiddos who work there are awesome and professional. Highly recommended. My only wish is to add more yogurt options!
If you ever find yourself in Iowa City, don't miss this iconic soft serve ice cream shop. It opened back up in early May after the usual seasonal closure. We count down the days during the winter months🍦There is a drive through or you can order at the window & enjoy the day at a picnic table.
Yummy ice cream but they don’t have the best open hours. Great place to bike and walk to as there have a walk up window. It’s an Iowa City staple and it’s a must go!
We can still order a kids' strawberry cone with sprinkles like we did 7 years ago. Dane's Dairy is a great institution, one of our Iowa City essentials.

An Iowa City tradition and a local hub of joy during the hot summer months! The soft serve is one of the smoothest creamiest i have ever eaten! Really fun place. 5 stars even though they discontinued the cherry dipped vanilla cone last year. Oh well. Worth the stop for your ice cream fix!
