I have to say the manager that runs this place is so very kind and helpful Shannon really does her best to go above and beyond. I went here Halloween night to get a big dinner box for the kids and I and it was amazing the girls gave us candy and where all smiles.. very friendly thank you guys.
Called for 2 large pepperoni pizzas with stuffed crust pizza's delivered and 2 liters of diet mountain dews. Got what I ordered with no problems what so ever. It got delivered in a timely fashion. Customer service was awesome and the delivery guy was awesomeness as well. Overall great service.. !!!
The Philly Cheesesteak pizza is phenomenal! I would highly recommend trying it, I hope they don't take it away, like some restaurants that offer things as "limited time only" menu items.
Good and fast service. Still love the taco pizza. Tried the wings tonight and would definately do them again. I really like the spicy garlic.

Service goes out the window when the store manager isn't around to enforce it. When you have to drive your delivery back to their store to force them to fix it,

I moved away from Ionia many years ago but two hi-lights come to mind when I visit home. Pizza from the Ionia Pizza Hut and seeing the fun caring staff at the Ionia Pizza Hut. I didn’t get to see my fav Katy this visit but Shelby was just as great to deal with.
I had the Pepperoni Lovers Pizza Melt. It was awesome! Next time, I'll remember to ask for a second soufflé cup of marinara (or pizza sauce, or whatever it is)
We love the pizza box deal. It is perfect for our family. We also how fast the delivery is. How friendly the driver's are!!
Oh my goodness this place can make some killer foodies. :)... Katie was the one at the castle register and also took our order. It was and always is a great friendly environment. I will always recommend this local gem of a business.. I hope everyone will enjoy this wonderful place
