Review Wendy's - Ionia

I placed a mobile order, but it wasn't showing up in their system, despite showing as paid and completed (yes, I made sure I selected the right store.) Instead of brushing me off because it was an "app issue" like most fast food places do lately, the staff here immediately took care of the problem. I really appreciate that. Also, the store was clean, my food was good, and I love that they have a Coke freestyle machine so I can get something besides the usual boring fast food beverage options. This is the best Wendys for miles.

When I went, they were out of salads 🥗. I wanted 2 taco salads. They said if I didn't mind waiting, they would make me up 2 of them. Very nice workers 👏. Great salads. Great job. 👍

I've been here before. Usually good kids. Food was fresh, and more importantly, the tries were very fresh. I'll be back in the future.

Very slow drive through. But the food was good.

I ordered the Apple pecan salad and it was as fresh as could be and hit the spot!

Ngl I didn't actually eat here the day I came. I'm giving 5 stars on the staff alone! We had a family emergency while there and the staff were polite, accommodating and very understanding. Never a rude word was spoken and everyone was so very supportive.

So I want to shout out wendys in Ionia we went thru drive got 3 chili and some frostys and chili's were warm at best called the store and told them might wanna check there warmer . They apologized and DELIVERED fresh hot chili to us!, thanks guys your the best

Wendy's sounded so good. After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, not getting everything I asked for on my burger, getting 2 large fries that consisted of small teensy, burnt fry pieces and pulling out a long, dark, small clump of hair strands from my fries....not appetizing at all. Disgusting actually. I'll just drive to Portland if I want Wendy's anymore.

I tell you hwhat the fine folks down at Wendy's sure do know how to fry up some food, but I think they just throw their old burger patties into the chili. Tho in my day they had the super bar, you could get tacos and spaghetti and wash that mess down w THREE flavors of puddin. Those were the real golden years, I tell you hwhat boy. It's a shame they don't do the superbar these days, only 90s kids know what I'm on about. I miss Dave Thomas too, he was a damn fine man, not like that clown or the stone faced king or that dang gummed colonel. Yup Dave was a true gentleman, I pour some frosty out to him every Tuesday and Thursday RIP in peace my fallen burger homie.

I don't know how many times iv order a spicy chicken with pickles and it's been wrong 90% of the time. I asked the kid last night if they for sure put pickles on my spicy chicken sandwiches and he said yes they did. Guess it was easier to lie to a customer then it was to double check. It's not that the food is bad it's that the staff of lazy.

Charged my card twice in drive thru and won't do anything. Say they only have record of one and it must be the banks fault. Won't be visiting this joke of a restaurant ever again.
