Absolutely the best food I've had in a long time! Aunt Stephie is the friendliest, funniest person. Definitely will keep coming back and will recommend to everybody!
I eat here at least twice a week as we have our studio next door. Today I tried her hot beef with mashed potatoes and it was probably the best thing I have ever eaten! Always such good food and Aunt Stephie is just amazing to chat with!
I was out running today and stopped in there and asked for a drink of water. The woman said of course, when she could of said no since I wasnt a paying customer. Thanks again for your kindness...I will be back for breakfast or lunch the next time in in your town😊

this is the best place in ionia hands down. i love that its in my favorite ice cream place as a kid. the food is excellent and everyone who works there is awesome. this is the first time in 25 years I am proud of something downtown. more of this please!

Great place to eat. Stephie greats every customer with a smile and makes you feel very welcome. I loved the food! You must get there before 3 as they close early. I will be going back for sure.

Had luch here fior the first time. Great food and amazing atmosphere.
Stopped in for lunch yesterday. Had the chicken noodle soup and it was delicious. Stephie is always so cheerful and seems genuinely happy to see you.
The food here is absolutely some if the best I've had in small locally owned restraunt. I've been here a few different times an taken my daughter here for birthday lunch with mom. She enjoyed the food as well.
Best breakfast around! Food is always amazing and served fresh off the grill. Stephie and her staff are always warm and friendly.

Great food, it's a small mom & pops kinda place. With a diner esthetic, the phones on the walls are photos from Paris. The food is home made goodness and can't help but get desert. The owner is a wonderful down to earth woman who runs it hands on.
I love these old style dinners. You can sit on a stool at the counter and you can watch them make your meal. This is a small home town dinner with friendly staff and fast service. The food is good but the home made pie was absolutely delicious.
Ate there for the first time today and it was amazing! I had the cowboy burger and modified it for my diet. I requested a gluten free bun, no cheese on the burger or my side of chili fries and no onion ring on the burger. Our server (whose name I unfortunately never caught) was phenomenal! She didn’t write a single thing down, and handed me food exactly as I had requested it. I am very impressed with the staff and food quality! Will be back!!!!
me and my buddy stopped by had a bowl of chili each and i had the chicken basket and my buddy had the fish every thing was hot and fresh chili was awesome kept my buddys coffee cup full and checked to make sure we were happy with every thing. i got so full i had to bring some my chili home in a to go bowl all in all was a pleasant experiance
We went as a family for breakfast and had a great experience. The food was good and reasonably priced- delicious eggs/bacon/hash browns and cinnamon rolls.. Our waitress, April, was fantastic and we would visit again just for her great service. Seriously- she made us feel at home and she’s a treasure. Great little spot and I would highly recommend for a great value breakfast spot. We will be back to try some other food and would highly recommend to others.

Both are up to our taste because it’s fresh and chicken marinated nicely.
Service are friendly and on point. The owner even greeted us warmly.
It’s open kitchen in the middle of dining area so it can show that they keep everything clean.
Definitely will go back and have something different.

I went there the 1st time in years and loved it I enjoyed the small diner feel and the waitress from Scotland was awesome and enjoyed talking to her. I will be going here forever. (I was the man on oxygen). I haven't had food that great in Lord only knows when. I had a double cheeseburger with only onion cheese lettuce and fries.
Tastes like home cooking. Everything from the burgers to the chilli to the hot beef sandwiches is amazing. She puts on a mean breakfast buffet too.
First time here this morning and truly enjoyed it. Our food was good, waitress was super nice and the desserts were amazing.

Small town friendly, damn fine cooking, & the owner will chat you up like you are a relative. There's a breakfast buffet on Saturday that I don't want to tell you about because I don't want it to sell out before I show up. But I will tell you that it has corned beef hash made from scratch and it is perfect. It has fruit cut up the way you do it yourself if you are going the extra mile. The gravy is also made right there. Now I've said too much! Prices are right, too. I haven't been for some of the other dishes but I've watched other people eat them with envy.
