Friendly staff, great views of the Tomales bay. Now the brunch menu was not exhaustive but enough to get to the essence of things. None of our group of five was disappointed with their meal. I appreciate the variety of freshly cooked vegetables served with my salmon, the salads lacked creativity but were acceptable even generic. The waiter was very helpful , he used the menu as a template and welcomed our tweaks and requests. Too bad their seafood choices were very limited and their setup was kinda rustic.
What a pretty little hideaway. Although this is a foggy day, the view is still pretty fantastic. This place is small with a huge punch. You'll love it. Quiet, intimate location for gathering your thoughts.

What a pleasant surprise while traveling through the country side. The staff was friendly and took good care of us. The food was really good and we were hungry. The view of the bay just added to the enjoyment of the meal. Made perfect sense to order seafood.
Excellent food. It is a very busy restaurant with a good view. They forgot my drink and our waitress was too busy and did not make eye contact till it was time to pay. Have no clue if they had a dessert menu, they did not check if we wanted anything else before bringing the bill.
Great service here. Staff are friendly. Good views of the bay from every seat. There is indoor & outdoor seating. The marinated olives are very good & a bargain for $5 - a huge bowl of them. The papas bravas were good. I love the french onion soup, which they make with a vegetarian broth. Most french onion soups are not vegetarian, but their's is. The pear & beet salad was also good. Very good peanut butter pie which is eggless as well. There were several other items which we did not get to try but will next time. They are located within the compound of Tamales Bay Resort, and you can use their Tesla car chargers.
Nice surprise in a dated restaurant. Well executed food throughout. Crispy fish and chips, juicy burgers, creamy risotto, etc. I’ve eaten at many top restaurants in Bay Area and this place is excellent.
Excellent quality. Stopped there for dinner and had everything from super-fresh oysters for us, to kids friendly food. Nice atmosphere, beautiful location. Reasonably priced for this kind of spot.
Very pleasant place for a nice lunch by the water. We had oysters - on the half shell, baked, and bbq's. Also, chicken wings. All good. Friendly service.
Great food. Great viewl, abtually one of the best on the coast f california i have seen in my native 47 years here. We also had great service so I'm not sure what that one guy is talking about. Im just glad there's finnally a restaurant back in that beautiful location thats actually good.
A surprise find, food was excellent. Be sure to get the Beignets for dessert. Picture incomplete, we dove into the Beignets before I could take a picture. You will love them. Excellent chef!!!
I am glad there's finally a new restaurant open at the Tomales Bay Resort & Marina. Even better, they have some good vegetarian options. We had the spinach salad, veggie wings and tempeh tacos. The veggie wings are panko battered, fried cauliflower florets with 3 different sauce options. We tried the chipotle BBQ, which was good, but I think I'll try the traditional wing sauce next time. The tempeh tacos were pretty good, but the sides of cole slaw and beans could use a bit more flavor. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie was a decadent way to end the meal.
Currently they are only open for dinner Friday to Monday. Hopefully they can expand their hours in the future.
Service was friendly and food was tasty. A companion had the shrimp Po Boy and complained it wasn't like Po Boys in New Orleans, not enough shrimp, but still tasty
We had good food, well served, in a great setting. Lots of locals enjoying the place. We will be back to try more of the menu.
This place is so sweet,simple and lovely. Not too complicated. Food was perfectly prepared. The view was adorable. Staff was so helpful and great.
