Took 15 minutes for some chicken nuggets and fries, There was only one other person before me. Service needs a revamp.

Would put 0 stars if i could. They honestly should just close down, they’re never open anyways. Randomly will close down some days and most nights they’ll close at 7-8pm with no updates online or explanations as to why. There’s already a McDonald’s on 55th that’s 24 hours and way better service. Most times my order will also either be wrong, or cold and soggy. Put a Taco Bell in there or something that is 24 hours (along with the cub foods) instead!

Every table is dirty and when i asked for a table to be cleaned i got a attitude. And then the person that cleaned 2 of the 20 dirty tables thru garabe in the trash and missed it and then almost walked until i said are you going to pick that up...
Who is in charge? I mean it take 5 mins to walk around and pic up the trash and 15mins to wipe down some table..WOW

Don't usually take the time to do this but the 3 times I've been here I've had a problem. It's no wonder why they don't put a receipt in the bag so you can't complain to corporate. 8 mins to get food only customer there. Ask for ketchup and sweet and sour sauce. Don't get either or napkins or my receipt. Employee might as well have thrown the food at me, "no thank you or sorry for the wait"
