Overall the food is quite good. The pizza has more dough than other pizza chains, but it's fluffy and buttery and good. The chicken is good, but very small and spendy. The Book It program is great and keeps us coming back as the kids love getting their free personal pizza.

I gave the 5 stars mostly on behalf of their driver. The customer service industry has been extremely disappointing lately. It was a nice change to have a driver with a great attitude even though I was short on cash for the tip.

The pizza is exactly what you’d expect from Pizza Hut. Nostalgic and delicious. The delivery driver was friendly. It took a little while to get here, but it was within the delivery window that was specified. No complaints.
