Customer service was excellent. We ordered two drinks and Received them quickly. Atmosphere in the dining area was nice. Only complaint is there were spots of warm coffee in my ice coffee. Had to mix and stir for awhile before it had all cooled off. Recommendation for a quick coffe.

Slowest drive through ever. Get ready to spend 20+ minutes in line and then they tell you there's a tip line when you run your card. Don't tell me to tip when you can't turn out orders in a timely manner. Other locations don"t have this issue.

This is a pretty standard Caribou look and feel inside. The parking lot to get there is a little odd and not the greatest to navigate. Also be aware that the drive thru is a U-shaped style one vs going around the building. Service was ok, but I had to add my own creamer as it was missed on my cold b

What is up with this drive thru!?! I have been in line for 20 mins now. 4 cars ahead of me. This is insanity! I have come here several times in the last month or two and it is ALWAYS like this. I will never be back. What a joke.

Caribou would not honor my drink I ordered, because I ordered to the location on the app. This was odd because they’ve usually done this in the past.also restrooms not open

Rude rude rude ... and the coffee tastes like water .... I asked for a new one ...I expressed that I know they are busy and I am not one to complain .... slamming new drink onto counter .... drink was gross .

Caribou is amazing food and drinks are delicious and customer service is awesome. Everybody is so nice. And other then having amazing drinks they have amazing decorations! There Caribou swag is so pretty totally recommend you go!! Please go to Caribou! And no I am not someone who goes around giving
