Tried 3 different street tacos and all were very good. The chips they bring to the table with 3 different homemade salsas was special. The bottled beer is offered with a frosty mug. The owner waited on us and was very attentive and friendly. A small place that I hope can make it!

You want the locals’ choice of the best taco shop and catering taco bar? Well here it is…Tacos Gonzalez! Worked with Armando and his team on numerous events ranging from 150-450 people. They are always appropriately staffed, efficient with lines and serve the BEST tasting tacos/meat in the area. And I’ve eaten a LOT of tacos. I also enjoy stopping by the shop on Hwy 111 and getting lunch - hole in the wall feel, great service.
Went in for a quick lunch with my grandma, and we both really enjoyed the food and service! Chips and salsas were tasty. I tried their cabeza, lengua, and carne asada tacos. All 3 were good (lengua was my fave)! Grandma had a plate with beans and rice, crispy beef taco, and a lengua taco. She left full, happy, and with a little leftovers for later!
Mom and pop taco shop that is amazing. Quality service with people who remember you and your order. Attention to detail within the chaos of how busy they are everyday is amazing. Food is great!!
Really good little Mexican place for quick casual dinning. Their menu offers plenty of options to choose from at a relatively affordable price. Their salsas are excellent too. I'm only deducting a star for authenticity. I had a torta ahogada which did not have the right kind of bread or meat, and their horchata was no where near the real thing.
Everything we had was great!! Quesadillas, guacamole, salsa, chips, soft taco, crunchy taco, beans, horchata. Service was wonderful! Place was clean but worked in. Prices were good. One of my top favorite restaurants!! Hope to make it back!
So happy to have found this mom and pop taco spot in Indian Wells. Was craving my Cali Mexican breakfast burrito and TACOS GONZALES delivered with flying colors. The burritos were freshly made and so tasty. I will definitely come back next visit to the area during the Indian Wells Tennis Open. 🌯🇲🇽🌮🫔

The food is amazingly good here. All of the meat options are truly delicious! My favorite has to be the carnitas, cabeza, and chorizo. The carnitas is made here like no other place! The crunchy outside with a moist meaty inside is an original combination that I haven't seen anywhere else. This is a meal you don't want to rush. Sit and savor every wonderfully delicious bite!!! :-)
The entire experience was a positive one. The smells, the tastes, the atmosphere... all welcoming! I will be back for more in the future

Total low key taco place. Family run with lots of pride in the food and service. Best Al Pastor I have had in the desert. 4 tacos and a Dos Equis Lager was close to perfect

And taco Gonzalez have the best karniyasada Mini tacos out of anywhere I've been I refer them and pass out their business cards any chance I get for anyone passing through their area There are smiles and friendly service are the best along with the best tasting tacos I've ever had
