Food was quick and very warm. Taste was average Taco Bell. Kiosk ordering only, no counter ordering. Kiosk doesn't have all of the options for modification of the ingredients as I would like. No receipt printing available for the kiosks either. Only email or text message. Not good for someone using a company card.
Usually the bell is awesome. I decided to try the breakfast and was really disappointed though. My grilled tacos barely had anything in them. They were practically all tortilla. I will stick to lunch. Lol
Good staff. Quick order. Amazing self service kiosk. Clean and plenty of parking outside. Made as per order. Tasted great. Friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of lounge area.
Disclaimer: This location until today has been one of the worst I've ever been to. We are usually always missing something, treated with little to no customer service, and the food is always mediocre at best...not my usual experience with other locations in other cities so it's always been pretty disappointing.
But today!! My husband and I just got dinner at this location today, 4/17/23 at about 7pm. I don't know what went down at this location, but there were some guys working I had never seen before. Not only did the gentleman not seem confused as to whether or not they had my mobile order (the normal reaction), he displayed it on the screen to make sure it was correct. It was. I pull around and when the food comes, a gentleman from the back came up and explained to me that the burrito with the black mark was the one with the less chipotle sauce (these are always unmarked usually and super annoying to try to find). He waited for my confirmation that I understood, then gave me the bag. I actually received all items with none missing. I get home... it's the first time the Frito bits have ever been crunchy. All the burritos had the perfect amount of filling and they were evenly distributed. Mind blown. Please keep it up!! This is how Taco Bell should be!!!

Brookville store did not give me the food I paid for thru the moble app. The store manager did nothing to help.
Went to Washington Street store told them about my experience with the Brookville store and she gave me our food so my family can have something to eat after I spent my money on the app and the store manager at the Brookville store would not give money back or food for my family.
I asked for his name, and he said he couldn't/wouldn't give me his name.
Long story short....
NEVER going back to Brookville and Washington store is now my FAVORITE.

Staff is pretty disinterested, don't expect any level of service here.
Food was well made and fresh. Ordered a few different things. They were nice to include hot sauce packets.
We used the online app which was located inside the restaurant to order our food. We were the only customer there and still waited for half an hour before one of the servers came out and asked if we needed any help?! We had to tell him that we were waiting for our food. Tacos and burritos were good and affordable esp. if you're a vegetarian.
