My husband placed an online order to pick up food and they are closed!! Took the card information online with no problems though. 9:56 pm was the pick up time. Place completely dark, no answer on the phone & you can’t even leave a message. No word on the website to indicate they are closed. Complete
Have their burgers changed? Second time I've gone through and gotten a rally burger and it was mushy and didn't have a "burger" taste or consistency. It was like the old JTM style meat. The fries were hot but tasted sweet like the funnel fries had been served side by side.
Need to slow down and take their time to get orders correct. Asked for no tomato and still got it. Good thing there is not an allergy issue and just don't like. Correct.is always 10X better than fast...
I am so pleased that rally's has reopened some locations. They have the best fries. My husband and I have been craving rally's for quite awhile and we were unable to locate due to closures. So happy they have opened back up. Brunch was hot and tasty.😀😀😍😍
