This dq is great. Always good food and kind workers. I only gave 4/5 stars because we waited at the menu for 4 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. The car before us was getting their food so maybe they only had one person working the windows? Either way the food was good.
Long line, long wait. Service was pleasant and working as fast as possible. My pretzels were burnt but Pepsi and blizzard were great. Love Dairy Queen. Wish they would bring back some of their oldies like the coconut isle sundae, parfait and more. Their dotted glasses were fun to collect.
Love my Irvington Dairy Queen. Hands down...one of the best around. I mean...they stuck around while everyone else left Irvington plaza. Service was wonderful. Place was clean. Food was good. I had my grandson and we decided to sit at the outside tables. What we didn't know before we took our seats, is that there would a homeless man (that appeared to have made home at the old Marsh south entrance/exit) yelling at us the whole time.
As I was arriving by foot, another gentleman was arriving by vehicle. I held the door for him. He thanked me and immediately walked behind the counter and talked with several of the team members. We've been going to the DQ for years now. They initially surprised me years ago when I was always getting fresh good. Came to know the owners and found they cook the food fresh every time. When it comes to fast food I've found this place to be spot on.
