The All-American Cheeseburger is the main reason for 5⭐; delicious, and great value... but almost kept secret on menus. This place was super busy when I visited (esp the drive-thru); but I felt like the workers were working efficiently, and with some added style.
VAST improvement in both food and service over the last year. This is one of the best Rally's I've had, especially the fries cooked to perfection compared to the past and other Rally's locations.
I was not going to leave no star because yesterday the man nd the window were rude. But the man today was very nice and understand.
Take time but have problem for pick take for the windows wrong way ajaja
Food was fresh and the cashier was very friendly and talkative. I appreciate that a younger person was so personable and not self centered nor that I was just another order interrupting their day.

there was no wait time from the time we ordered to leaving the parking lot 4-5 mins with people in front of us, A+

The manager of the place that just put out the mushroom and Swiss signs he did not have any he took his time to cook the mushrooms to make the sandwich that's great customer service

Their fries are amazing. Seriously. I get through decently fast when I go (afternoon-evening), but would say don't expect miracles. It's cheap, tasty, and and reasonably fast. Judging it by any other standards would be silly.
