This location is my favorite! Even though there is a location closer to me than this one, I order from here every time! Every time I’ve ordered from here our sandwiches have been absolutely delicious! The staff are friendly and I’ve never had any errors with my orders! 10/10! Y’all rock!

Overall it was fine, food was as expected, but it was really slow today compared to other JJ's I visit. Music was too loud and AC was too cold for me to sit inside.

Went with a friend and the service was great. I've had a few different sandwiches here that I don't like, but mostly because I dislike lettuce and mayo. But I got that taken off and the sandwich 🥪 was great! Cheerful staff, and fast fast fast!!! 🏃♂️👌😋✅️

Was just in your store at stop 11 in Indianapolis. I realized after I ordered I had forgotten my credit card and the young man at the register his name is Kurt was so very kind. I told him I’d go to the bank and come right back and he said no I got you. I’m not eating lunch today, you can have mine wow impressive young man. I will go back in and give him money. However, you need to know what a wonderful young man you have in him. Thank you.

Employees were friendly and the food was fine, but it took almost ten minutes for them to make 3 sandwiches because the employees were distracted and talking about personal (non-work related) topics.

Always fresh...always superb! Friend said his ham had a lot of gristle but my beach club was great, and those pickles are so good! Fast and friendly, def one of my favs!

I have been working from home for the past week due to the pandemic, sadly I do go back to work tomorrow and I won’t be able to see my friends at Jimmy Johns. This place is staffed with the nicest people in the metropolitan area! They are always good to me and genuinely very sweet. It can be hard to own/run a food place in the middle of a pandemic, so kudos to them!!

Jimmy John's has good subs, great customer service with there employees, delivery is usually within 15-20 minutes. There's been a couple times when it's gonna be longer, they told me 1 hour. Only had 1 driver, they were here in 30 minutes.
