Update: okay the Classic Italian sandwich off the grill was probably the best sandwich I can ever remember eating. Just perfect!

Arrived for a pickup. The sandwiches were created perfectly to my specifications and arrived hot. They didn't start making the hand cut fries until I arrived. When a business does its job correctly, I respect it a lot... Gave a good impression 👍💥💥

Literally the best experience every time I stop in for lunch!! I’m always greeted as i walk in and helped by Zach. He’s so friendly and that’s always consistent. He has my name and order pretty much memorized! It’s hard to find good service these days so it should be rewarded!

I personally work at Penn station and I think that the cheese steak and the pizza sub are our best subs, I recommend that if your looking for a good Philly cheese steak sub you come get it at Penn station, or staff at the one I work at is super friendly and we always try to help our customers in a timely manner.

Great sandwiches, but service isn't always on their game. There has been more than 1 occasion where my order was given to someone else.
Penn Station never disappoints. Your food is always hot because it's made to order and the lemonade is fresh and so good! I have visited several locations, so far so good! Another good thing is they close at 10 p.m.!
I understand i am very particular at times.. However Olivia and the person working were very friendly and accommodating from Starr to Finnish.
Very refreshing this day and age.
