I’ve seen this place several times, in the fashion mall and in broadripple. One is the book clubs I’m a part of suggested this location to meet, what a perfect excuse to check out a new place! Ended up in the broadripple location, I feel in love just as a walked in. The seating is spacious, air conditioning is on without it being a frozen meet locker, interesting black and whites and a solid sound track. The staff is very friendly, help you answer questions and even make suggestions on drinks. If you like tea and champagne check this place out, I went With the champagne options. There was a great Sunday special if you by a food item you get bottomless cocktails for 20 bucks. So with the heat I wasn’t starving, I got the unicorn macaroon, for drinks I had the earl grey Carmel champagne cocktail and then I let the server choose their favorite and got a mint lemonade champagne. I also had a hot tea latte, the earl grey Carmel. Can’t wait to go back and have more delicious drinks!

I’ve been to HoitTea ToiTea a great number of times. I really enjoy the staff. They are always chill and friendly. I’ve always gotten the tea infused beer. And there have been a couple that I’ve mixed and didn’t work out but that’s the fun of trying new things. The tea infused champagne is delightful!! I’ve never had a bad one. Maybe one day I’ll just get tea but I’m very happy with the beer. Haha Sign up for their rewards program. Very useful.

Cute place. Went there for an event. The staff were all super nice. They have a huge selection of drinks as well as tea-related gifts and items for purchase.

Rediculously bad service. Food was worse. Pictured is a $2.50 scone with a small bite taken out of it. It was also completely raw in the center. Also pictured "Salmon, Fig, & Goat Cheese Bites" Served on french Bagguette slices, smoked salmon, Fig spread, and goat cheese. $8.95 Could barely pick up any smoked salmon flavor.

Great service can and clean environment. If your looking to relax here's the place to be. They also have a store that sells the loose leaf tea, that's what impressed me. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel. It was $1 to add bacon. I LOVED it, it confess with the egg cooked over easy eggs, FYI. The campfire tea was not my favorite, but it is executed well, it's definitely a campfire

Lovely space and great for meetings. The tea lattes are my favorite and I haven't had a bad one yet. The burbon ginger pear is amazing. I didn't realize how one dimensional tea is everywhere until I tried hoitea toitea. I've never had a bad service experience at the broad ripple or the fashion mall location. While I'd always love a lower price, I really do feel like I'm getting better drinks for my money. If you enjoy tea, this is definitely a great place to try.

Stopped in for the first time the other day and loved the vibe; modern & chic yet still cozy and charming. The woman behind the counter, Essence, was lovely and walked me through the menu options and kindly helped my indecisive self settle on a Mexican chocolate tea latte (w/ soy! they have a couple non-dairy milk options) and a gluten free cookie. Enjoyed the ambiance and liked that they had tables as well as some comfy chairs. Will definitely return...especially cause they have a reward program!

Great tea spot to visit with a girlfriend. Or you could even host a meeting or event in their business Room. You have to try their campfire tea it smells just like a real fire. My tea was a little sweet so you might ask for half the amount of sweetener. They offer a couple of non dairy milks. Be sure to shop their store too lots of fun tea products.
