The food was great! It had been years since I had eaten at a Penn Station and it was just as good as I remember. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that a couple of workers didn't seem to want to work and gave alot of attitude to the manager.
Great food. The chicken Parmesan was very flavorful and the fries were great. A little pricey but the quality is always there.
Love Penn station! The fries, are one of my favs! The cashier gave me free lemonade refills and said "it's what we're supposed to do" which was awesome! Most Penn stTions won't refill it. Lemonade is my fav drink andi get it everywhere! It was clean, fast and of course great food!
The Club Sub or the Philly wrap are faves. Fries are great but pricey. Stores can be a bit loud but tolerable.

We came to Indianapolis from Tampa Fl to visit family and friends. We don’t have a Penn Station in Tampa and this is one of restaurants we missed. I had a chicken teriyaki wrap and it was delicious!!! They didn’t serve wraps when we lived in Indy. I will definitely try again when we return.
Penn Station is always excellent! This location is always busy but consistently good. Ask for fries extra crispy and you won’t be disappointed.
I was greeted when I entered the building, but the food was just ok for me, could’ve been better, but I’ll probably still be returning to see if I can change ratings to 5 stars.
I Love Penn Station! Amazing fries, great sandwiches, must have lemonade, all wrapped up in a fun restaurant. Fast and tasty!
I came in with my family to get a quick bite to eat and not only was the store clean, but Macy & Crystal were super polite and kind. They made our food just right! Thank you for your hard work! ♥️

Never have a problem with the food. Hot and made right. They look a little understaffed but what company isn't? The staff as a whole is good. They are on top of their game. TV is playing sports which is great! Handmade fries and fresh squeezed lemonade are amazing. The soda machine got a few select
Friday afternoon about 12:45PM ran in for a quick takeout of a couple hot subs. Staff friendly, food delivered quickly and good quality.
Monday afternoon, they had three ladies working and they did a dynamic job! Fast, friendly, and delicious cheesesteak! Keep up the excellent work!
