Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburger

Me and a friend had lunch and it was really good and within a decent price range as well. We both ordered what we wanted and got our food in a timely manner. The food was amazing fresh and hot the cheese curds were out of this world. And the sandwiches were interstellar as well. Definitely need to try this place it's worth it.

We all enjoyed our experience here! The staff were friendly and helpful. There is memorabilia all over the restaurant showing who Freddy was and the story of his life and how Freddy's came to be Freddy's. Our food was delicious! And the pumpkin shake...I could eat on a daily basis. It had Steak'n'Shake similarities, as far as the food looks and the atmosphere, to an extent, but overall, we will definitely be eating here again!

We ordered a patty melt and the jalapeno burger with cheese curds. The curds were soft and warm. Very good! We enjoyed our sandwiches as well. The jalapeno definitely has a spicy kick but we like spicy! The ice cream was very good! All in all, it was a good lunch! I will say be careful with the cups. They are flimsy.

Great place to eat. Food is fast and fresh and worth the higher price for a quality experience. Employees were courteous and helpful. Food came out fast despite us arriving at a busy time. Recommend the cheese curds and spicy fry sauce, they are both fantastic. I will always return to this location when I need a homerun for dinner.

Very good burgers and excellent fries. Try the fry sauce!! Very friendly and helpful staff offering speedy service. Plenty of seating in the dinning area, they also have a some tables on the patio for eating outside. Stop in and try them, its better than the usual fast food burger places. Top off your meal with a custard concrete or sundae!!

Delicious burgers, skinny fries, good portion sizes at a reasonable price. I enjoyed my Original Double. The bun was soft and flavorful, the patties had a crispy edge and the pickles, onions and condiments gave the burger a fantastic taste. The service was decent. My only complaints would be the music and the temperature inside the dining area. They had 90's music playing and the acoustics inside the restaurant made it seem loud. The place seems more like a 50's diner, so the song choices seemed not to fit the setting. It was also a bit cold inside the restaurant. I left my coat in the car, but I wish I had worn it inside. If I had picked up my order I probably would have rated this a 5. I really enjoyed the food.

Retro, cool American style fast food with burgers, hot dogs, custard, and more. Custard is killer! Burger (single with cheese at 400+ calories) was good and she really liked the patty melt. Watch what they ring up as I ended up with fries and paying for a 'combo meal' which I did not say but they refunded the fries. Did I mention the great custard 😉 which I would return for? Seemed to have ample employees and the manager was very friendly about the refund and even came over to the take to ask if all was okay or if we wanted a box to go. They had sweet tea which does not seem to be common in Indiana. Great place for that throwback burger and custard experience. I had to go with 4 stars due to the error but they handled it very well!
