This place truly embodies an upscale restaurant ambiance, creating a sophisticated dining experience. The food served here is undeniably delicious, leaving a lasting impression. The Beef and Betel leaves dish stands out, reminiscent of the street version I enjoyed in Việt Nam, but with even higher quality ingredients and flavors. The Pho is truly excellent, boasting a clear and clean broth that satisfies the taste buds, and the portion size is just right. The sizzling beef is another highlight, each bite bursting with irresistible flavor. However, one aspect that detracted from the experience was the bread served with the dish, as it was dense and cool. Personally, I prefer the traditional accompaniment of toasty, fluffy French bread, which I believe would greatly enhance the overall enjoyment of the dish. Unfortunately, the service provided falls short, especially when compared to other upscale restaurants. Customers have certain expectations when dining at a nice establishment, and regrettably, this restaurant doesn't quite meet those standards. This observation holds true even when the restaurant isn't particularly busy. Overall, the food itself is great, but the service leaves something to be desired. It is my hope that the restaurant can focus on improving its service, as this would encourage patrons to return and continue to enjoy the exceptional cuisine.

Our food was amazing, no problem. It's just sad that they serve our food so slow despite we were the only guests at that noon. And no servers to be seen, so we often being left alone in an empty restaurant.

Fantastic Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommend the Rice Noodle Bowls, the sauce is perfect balance of sweet and sour, very appetizing on a hot summer day, and the egg rolls are crispy. The beef stew is also delicious.

The food was amazing, the restuarant is beautiful and the staff was wonderful. I was sad though because it was a Saturday around lunch and I was the only customer. I had the #34 the rice noodle bowl and it was awesome. I also had the pork sausages and they were good.

The atmosphere and design is fantastic. The owner, Rick, is both kind and talented. The food is simply outstanding. From fresh spring rolls to flavorful pho and delicious banh mi sandwiches, every dish is expertly crafted and bursting with authentic flavors. The service is attentive, and the cozy ambiance adds to the overall charm of the place. If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, Eat Fresh is an absolute must-visit.

Very new. Very fresh. Still in their soft opening so they've got a smaller menu. Good variety of options for everyone. While the full menu online looks to be very meat heavy, they did have a few veggie and vegan options. They were knowledgeable about any questions we had and more than accommodating to dietary restrictions. The staff was very attentive and had a good spirit. The chef delivered my food personally (with a substituted broth because of my dietary needs) and suggested that he might change the menu slightly to make it more accommodating in the future. The fried tofu was fire, but that lemongrass chili crisp stole the show. Easily the best Vietnamese food I've had in years. We will be back...again and again.

Definitely a hidden gem in Indiana!! The waitress recommended the fried squid and the beef in betel leaf plate which are things that I wouldn’t usually get and I am so glad I did! Trying new things expand your interests, trust me on this.

Wonderful flavors and attentive service! Have eaten lunch and dinner here and enjoyed both. The restaurant is very clean and pleasant. Definitely try the spicy beef noodle and the special beef stew. The dishes come with a nice plate of accoutrement. Maps will take you to the College Ave address, but there is easier free parking in back and a back door to the restaurant.

Eating Fresh is amazing! High-end Vietnamese food made with fresh ingredients. My favorite part is that I always leave satisfied, but because the food isn’t heavy, I don’t feel weighed down like you do when eating out at a lot of restaurants. Make sure to try the homemade spread in the mason jar on the table! Pictured is the super flavorful lemongrass steak banh mi and a cold noodle dish perfect for summer (#34)

Celebrated Valentine's Day at Eating Fresh and was not disappointed. The food lived up to the name of the restaurant - everything was SO fresh. I loved the ambience of the place, it was so cozy with the fireplace on the TV, soft music, and roses on the tables. Will definitely be back!
