I had a great experience at Bob Evans this morning. I was greeted and seated immediately as I walked in. The waitress came to my table as soon as I sat down. I ended up having the country fried steak with hash Browns. Food was excellent and they got my eggs just right. I'm glad I made the stop this
Service was slow on a not so busy evening. Often had to ask for what we needed (hot chocolate refills, to go box, waters because she never brought them after asking the first time). The food is always great! Just wish they had cornbread to go with their yummy ham and beans soup.

Best place to have breakfast. Breakfast wait staff is the best in Indy. Outstanding, friendly, caring people. Plenty of regular customers and family oriented. We have missed them all so much during this Virus epidemic. Sure hope to see them all again.
Generally this store is good. Better service when certain people work. Dinner and lunch is a good food lineup, but breakfast lacks in certain things. Not all cooks are good cooks and not consistent at various Bob Evans.
The customer service was amazing! My server's name was Sharon & she did an awesome job. The food was delicious and just like I'd make it at home. Very pleased.
