This was the best Steak n' Shake i have gone to in a long time that was so very nice. the server was excellent she was very nice and so friendly. 1st we walked in and an employee was walking in at the same time with a huge smile and pleasant attitude held the door for us. i said thank you he said your most welcomed. we got seated the server came by we ordered she brought our drinks. then our food as there asap. we dug in. she refilled my drink and that was a funny thing there. don't want to bore you with it. they my friend forgot to pay the bill and he went in to do that and i said must be a senior moment and for him it was.. everyone was in a huge great mood and that's great being we are in the christmas season now..You keep that crew together all the time and that place will be rolling in money....

Well first of all..I like milkshakes so the nicest waitress greeted me at the door and called me by my name,Lil whore!! So i felt very welcome of course. So then my waiter comes over and the boy was very sweet., he almost was too nice and too accommodating if thats possible but i kept my 3rd eye on him! The food was good i had a good day with my childhood bestfriend and my husband from another land..It was Great THANKS KARINN

All was fine as expected. However, I will never give Stake & Shake a 5 star rating as long as we have to use a kiosk to place my order. There are many other choices that provide personal service.

It’s been like 7 years since i last ate at a Steak & Shake. I went in around 6pm and ate in. The lady helped me out on the new ordering system and all of our food was fresh and correct. And the area looks better now.

Really good burgers, I love the shoe string fries. I added cheese and it was great. Also try the chili. Tastes like it comes out of a can but I had a good taste.

Went through the drive thru and the lady working was absolutely great to deal with. She was very friendly and carried on a short conversation and still got my shake made and got me out of the line quicker than I've ever had before at any steak n shake and they seemed to have quite a few less workers than normal also so I was very impressed. Way to Go! Thank you!

The lady in the drive thru was so nice, didn’t seem in a rush. Our sauces were forgotten but we ran inside to get them and they were super apologetic, even gave us an extra!! It’s refreshing to get nice service around this area!!

Burgers and fries are very good and priced well, delicious milk shakes!! kind of disappointed that they are cashless with no cashiers. The floors were very sticky, 🤮

Great food! The service was good. I'd love to go back often, but sadly they don't have this place in my state. I'll suggest a grilled chicken with guacamole! Mmmm.

My Basketball team & I came in for Breakfast expecting a long wait. Ms Amanda and Ms Bubbles took great care of us. They got 12 people in & out in no time. They were patient, kind and get cooks. Ms Amanda was moving on that grill, Seasoning and cooking the meat. While Ms Bubbles was wrapping those sandwiches and dropping fries quickly and neatly. I just wanted to thank those ladies and this location for great speedy service. 🙏🏽

I lived in the Midwest for a few years during my childhood and Steak 'n Shake was a staple of our time there. I recently visited Indiana for the first time in 20 years and had to stop by here. The food was exactly as I remembered it as a kid. Sirloin cheeseburger and mint cookies and cream shake. Best part of my trip. Customer service was great and speedy.
