Food is good but the environment is not. The staff there are kinda rude and the tables are dirty. Will go for takeout only.
That staff was great, fast and efficient. A couple dirty tables, but it was pretty busy and is expected. I did get a couple stale chips in the bag. The food bowl I received was awesome. New chorizo plant-based. Really happy with the over all good and atmosphere!
Service was awesome, Rico had great character and served with speed and precision!

Great place for a quick meal I ate in music was kinda loud but it is what it is. Let me tell you the steak had a kick and OH MY that is what pushed this to 5 stars will come back every time I'm in INDY
Awesome people and awesome service. The quality and quantity were awesome. And you get same food which ever location u choose. But for this location service was quick and great people. One issue was they never allowed me to redeem the tortila from the rewards menu

Rico and William welcomed me as part of the early lunch rush and provided excellent recommendations for what was looking fresh and best available for my burrito. Really made my midday meal special. Also, I love the lemonade beverages, got a watermelon lemonade today.
Regular here. Food is above average for a Chipotle and staff have always been good.
Great service as always. Super quick. And shout out to Rico for being the most positive guy Ive seen in a long time while getting lunch. My man made sure everyone in line was having a great day!
My daughter and I were greeted when we entered. Our order was taken promptly and the person preparing our food was very courteous. Our food was fresh and the beef and chicken cooked properly. Restaurant was clean, even though it was busy.

I’m usually a die hard Qdoba fan, but this Chipotle got the downtown Qdoba beat! From the quality of food, the selection, the staff, the actual bathroom available for guests… it’s top tier. And they have a vegetarian/vegan protein option.
They were very busy. Due to the general assembly for the Church of the Nazarene in town. They got us through the line pretty quickly even with most of the people in line not speaking English
