Thunderbird - Indianapolis - Photo album

Very cool place. Awesome whiskey bar. It looks like a great, open air bar from the street - they keep the windows open on nice days. Inside, it's got a modern, rustic feel. The food was amazing - the burger was delicious and I'd recommend the hot chicken sandwich. They have a very extensive whiskey
This is one of my favorite places in Indy. The food is great, the drinks are delicious! Southern comfort food with their own twist, I've never been disappointed!
Our first time here. Deliberately came at 5:45 to beat an evening crowd, place was about a quarter full and noise wasn't a problem. Got the fried chicken dinner with the AMAZING grilled asparagus doused in vinaigrette, pecans & pickled rhubarb, & the chopped lettuce/veggie salad (pleasantly light).
Warm, old-timey interior with warm wood and electric lights. Large selection of drinks displayed at the bar. Apps were delicious. I ordered the polyester pantsuit as my drink. I'd recommend it if you like sweet drinks!
Delicious food!! We ordered the Classic Chicken Sando with a side of fries (huge portion!) and the Cool Ranch Dorit"O" Rings. Everything came hot and fresh. Service was friendly and ambiance was great. We sat in the bar so the pictures aren't great, but shaded outdoor seating is also available. To
I come here every few months with a small group and I'm always impressed! The bartenders can come up with amazing drinks, their menu is great, but I ordered a fruity vodka drink and the photo is what I was greeted with at the bar! Amazing taste and presentation! I love the atmosphere and the music.
Bartenders were friendly and I enjoyed the drink recommendation. The Johnny Cake and Cornbread were delicious and I would definitely have them again. The portion size was perfect!
We ended our long day out with a long stay here mostly because we kept trying all their amazing cocktails! Their food was good, nothing that stood out to me but it was filling and affordable. Their drinks were amazing and kept us there much later than planned! We started with some classics because
Huge whiskey selection, great cocktails with interesting flavor combinations, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was great. They would use more wait staff for dinner hours, as a large group held up a majority of their attention, but otherwise it was great.
Rustic modern feel with windows/ door that open onto the front street for relaxing and people gazing? Good southern food we had the bucket of chicken (a bit greasy but well seasoned), amazing cornbread, good mac and cheese and cajun fries. Loved the cocktails, good service.
The fanciest drinks in Fountain Square. Always great bartenders. The food is too fancy for my taste though, so that's why I can't give 5 stars.
Amazing hot fried chicken, and their cocktails are unique and flavorful. It was completely quiet while I was here, but it's cozy and very stylish. A large open horseshoe bar invites conversation and solitude alike.
Stopped in for drinks and dinner. Decided to get a few small plates and share them. The craft cocktails are as delicious as they are beautiful. The food was pretty good...ran into some issues with their homemade chicken nuggets. The first batch was absolutely stone cold in the center. Unfortunately,
Amazing atmosphere and great service. Highly recommend for a drink and a small meal before hitting downtown!
Food is amazing with dishes changing on a regular basis. Hats off to the chef!! The cocktails are original and very tasty!! Service is awesome from the minute you walk in the door the hostess is cheerful and the servers are super kind and move quickly!! Highly recommend!
