Good food and friendly (but slow) service. You'd expect the waffle to get a little soft with pork and BBQ sauce, but it didn't seem to have ever been crisp at all. Great flavor but super mushy. Maybe it was a one time thing - I'd give it another go!
We went here spontaneously to have a quick lunch and weren't disappointed - the food and the beer were very good! We tried The Duke and the Golden Fever (special seasonal Belgian Strong Ale) and enjoyed both of them. The atmosphere is more that of a sports bar, but probably pretty nice on the evening when more people are around. Our waiter was very friendly, attentive and helped us with our beer selection. A good place to try some craft beer and to have a tasty meal!
Happy Easter. First time doing their Sunday Brunch... lots of choices. Very good food, great Bloody Mary. If they say they are full or only taking reservations, sit at the Bar. Bartender was cool, made it a great experience.
The servers and hostess did a great job making our wedding rehearsal dinner special. They were so nice and thoughtful and the food was INCREDIBLE. Thanks so much!
Located in the heart of downtown and only a block or two from the convention center. You can enter from Illinois street or from the city center Mall. Beer is always good. This is the meat lovers flat bread pizza. Ok for one or appetizers for two
The staff is awesome and helped make sure the food wasn't to spicy! They went above and beyond the call of duty! Definitely will be back!!!
Was eating with a friend and the waitress notified us that one of our meals had been made wrong and it would take extra time to correct. She was very courteous and apologized, and offered complementary soup or salad for both of us while we waited. And the final meal was delicious.

I liked the restaurant and I would be willing to go back and try something else on the menu. The customer service was excellent all around. I really liked the spinach and artichoke dip. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and while it was good, I thought it was a little on the salty side, especially the au jus sauce and kettle chips. My husband order the large Jamaican wings and received the jerk chicken tacos. He ate them and did not say anything. He said they were good, but it is not what he ordered.
We had a problem with our food ticket getting lost in the kitchen, but I'm giving this place 5 stars based on their stellar management for handling it quickly and pleasantly. The manager on duty, Kelsey, came to our table and apologized for the issue. She said our meal was on them tonight and offered to bring an appetizer for us since we had been waiting a little while. Once they had realized the issue, she personally submitted the re-order to the kitchen and brought it out immediately. Food was delicious! I was surprised by their generosity for the mistake, Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure we were happy the rest of our visit. Great job!
I'm a fan of how they've tried to make understanding beer flavor profiles more accessible to the eager craft-beer-drinking populace. The food is well-prepared but nothing surprising or extraordinary. I enjoy the simple atmosphere, quick service, and attentiveness of the servers. I also like the redesign of the menu to help people decide what beer they'd like or how to pair it with meals.
