This place is magical and their Pizza is the stuff unicorns are made from. Decades and dozens of different pizza places, this definitely ranks in my top 5 favorites of all time -- and that's saying a lot, because that very, very rarely happens.
They use premium ingredients without the premium price and ultimately you end up with the perfect pizza. Their pepperoni is easily some of the best I've ever had. The cheeses are fresh and flavorful. The Shining is really in their sauce, though. Such an amazing tasting pizza sauce. I always order extra, and not because they are lacking, but simply because I've become addicted. Crust? Well, my girlfriend doesn't eat the crust at most pizza places but she devoured theirs. It's good stuff!
For a $12 pizza, consider this a bargain for some of the best pizza you'll ever have the opportunity of tasting. Realistically, it's priced really well in comparison to many other places. If you're a pizza lover like me, you owe it to yourself to stop by and give this place a try. I guarantee you'll find yourself craving it later and wanting to come back for more. As a sweet ending, they also have a nice range of wine and desserts to choose from. It should go without saying that their staff is great and are there to please.
5 out of 5, 15 out of 10 - Diavola FTW!
We had dinner here last night. 10 people in our group. Service was fantastic. The food was incredible. We had pizza, zoodles, pasta, calamari, cheese bread, wine and beer. Everything was exceptionally good. Atmosphere is comfortable, yet stylish. This was a first visit for all of us. We'll definitely be back as a group and individualy.
Went there for Devour Indy and I was pleasantly surprised with the food. Everything was so delicious. Trust me when I say it was best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Every single bite was full of flavor. I will definitely be going back. There is some parking outside and at the back of the restaurant and street parking is also available.
Our service and food were both wonderful. We had the Cesar with anchovies (it's an option) and the Del Papa - so yummy 😋
We got 4 pizzas and they were all great! The one with truffle oil was interesting and had a strong flavor! Their mushrooms and artichokes are great. The pizzas all were a little dark but not too burnt. They had a lot of toppings and the dough was good. They were quick with our pizzas, too. We enjoyed the service and the great food!
Where do I begin?! Reserve a table online because this restaurant is busy. The atmosphere is calming and sophisticated. Service was top notch.
It was a belated Birthday dinner for my BFF and we wanted to try someplace neither of us had been. It should be noted that she doesn't care for Americanized Italian so I wasn't sure how this was gonna go.
WE LOVED IT! They have the "good" sprite...lol IYKYK....we had the meatballs, eggplant appetizer and 2 different pizzas. Everything was beautifully plated, hot, fresh and well seasoned.
Best of all, prices were reasonable for quality food. 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 pops for $82 w/o tip.
Visited for the first time and really enjoyed it. Pizza seemed like the thing to do so I ordered that. That was a good move. Calamari app wasn’t my style but to each they’re own. We sat at the bar and had a good group of bartenders that really worked well together keeping everyone set. I’ll definitely be back.
Unique menu. I've been several times and each dish I have tried has been fabulous. Try the Italian Gentleman cocktail. Try the desert.
Went today and had a new appetizer. The Kale with mashed fava bean with fresh wood fried bread. It was a special. so ask for it.
My family went for our first visit. The menu looked great, the place was cozy, and the staff were kind. We didn't have reservations so we had to wait for a table for 45 minutes. Flying cupcake was next-door so we just had dessert first while we waited. None of us enjoyed the garlic cheese bread. We all liked our meals though. I got the pizza and everyone else got pasta. All of the food that came out to the other tables looked amazing.

Some of my family members have said this place serves up some insane pizza, so I decided to see if that statement was true. And I gotta say, I was impressed by my visit to Diavola!
The menu is quite creative, lots of different pizzas to choose from. We had a super friendly waiter.
The appetizers we got (meatballs and calamari) were both super tasty! The meatballs were honestly my favorite appetizer.
As for the pizza, I got the all meat pizza and it was pretty darn good! The crust is super crispy and the toppings were fresh and tasty!
And the calzone… Let me tell ya, it’s INSANE!! Probably the biggest one I’ve ever seen! I tried a few bites of it and it was amazing all around. Trust me, you’ll need to share it with someone. It’s seriously that big!
So overall, if you’re in it for pizza, Diavola is one of my recommendations if you end up in the Broad Ripple area of Indianapolis! I’ll definitely be making a stop here again sometime.
Nice ambience, wonderful service and helpful staff. Pizzas are tasty and very close to the Neapolitan style pizza. The quantity was plenty and they used fresh ingredients for all the salads and pizza.
They have a nice outdoor patio and it’s recommended destination to go for a group dinner. The only downside is that the patio is very close to the open parking space if that matters.
It was our first time at Diavola and our server Amber was awesome! She was quick with recommendations, never made us feel rushed, but always anticipated our every need. She was super sweet and personable and all of the food was amazing! Perfect spot for an intimate date night!
