I ordered two coffees and two sandwiches after standing in a long line that significantly faster than I could have anticipated. Two ladies working this shop managed to out work a staff of six I've seen in other locations.
Although Michella (pronounced Makayla) was very nice, there was a staff member who has a bit of a four mouth ... Not at the customers mind you, but just speaking to her colleagues within earshot, which was pretty unprofessional of her. Brought the experience down. Also, they do not honor some Reward
Wonderful staff and amazing coffee. This is a franchised store and it's ran with excellence. It's always busy being attached to a prominent hotel, but hey, it happens. I love the staff and experience I get there.

This Starbucks is attached to the lobby of a hotel. As a result there are several free newspapers to read. If you need a bathroom you'll have to go to the hotel lobby.
