Comfortable ambience for dining alone. Venison was good, not great with its hickory smoke flavor, I think it takes away from good venison flavor. Gator gumbo was excellent. Service at the bar with Ashley was superb.
I've visited CharBlue with my coworkers for a holiday party and we were so we'll cared for that I visited the restaurant again less than a week later. The service is impeccable and the wine selection is fabulous. Ive enjoyed the steak, brussel sprouts, and several desserts. Definitely worth a visit

Good ambiance and friendly staff. I personally love their salmon it was perfectly done -very tasty and cooked just the right amount. My husband's fillet beef steak is however not the one we were hoping for as it was rather gummy and less savory. It could be a one-time thing. We'd still go back.
