The Library Restaurant And Pub - Indianapolis - Photo album

I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard hotel and this place was within walking distance. When you first walk in, the entryway definitely gives you library vibes. However, the dining rooms did not. I thought the decor in the dining rooms was a little plain and could use some refreshing. Food was good, b
Samantha provided excellent service at the bar, attentive, joyful, a pleasant person overall! The food was very average as far as pub fare goes, but priced as though you're on the LV strip. The building felt empty and worn out, the entire time had the same energy as going to dinner at someone's gran
A lovely dining experience. Made reservations a few weeks ago and was seated right away. Service was prompt, food was not long in coming and was delicious! I had the baked stuffed walleye (lemon slice on the side) with grilled cauliflower in truffle butter sauce and a baked potato.
Great service & food. After a really bad experience in another restaurant and the jimmy johns across the street having horrible reviews. We settled for a quick lunch here. The staff is very nice, our waitress was super pleasant and she made the experience great The food was great, the steak was o
This was a great spot that I found randomly after flying in to Indy. It looks kinda like a country club outside, so I was surprised when it was cozy inside. I had a double tequila and the chicken Parm. It was delicious! Perfectly pan fried, the cheese was nice and melted, and the pasta was great. Gr
In town for the weekend, spring break. I wanted something different and Impressionable in Indianapolis. Relying on Google for assistance, I searched restaurants near my hotel when I came across this Gem of a place. Service was great with Tedd our Librarian. The food was both Hot and Fresh, cocktails
Ordered their special of the day (chicken strips with mashed potatoes and gravy), and it wasn’t too bad. TBH was kinda similar to KFC chicken bowls.
I'm a bit tired to write a long detailed review, but for a first time visit to Indy & this restaurant I was extremely pleased with everything. Delicious food, service & atmosphere. See the pic of my Chicken Parm that was sooooo good. I'll definitely be back before I leave Indy.
Multiple dining rooms. Thanks to John for accommodating our group of 15 with 20 mins' lead. Great service and food!
Went for dinner, and we both got the prime rib with mashed potstoes and brown gravy. It was fantastic! Nicely sized and cooked to perfection. Some of the best prime rib I've had. Also got a bloody Mary, and it was really good. The bartender was just okay. She got our order correct and was friendly,
Lovely restaurant..server was excellent. She took care of our group of 12.. With prompt attention. Food was savory, fresh..I had grilled salmon Bread baskets with great quality slices
This is a great little place to start off your trip! We stayed at the Hyatt just across the street and had dinner here. Had an amazing steak and appetizers. Too much food to enjoy dessert, but the service was amazing and the drinks are delicious. Would definitely make reservations here again when we
We ate here twice on our recent visit to Indianapolis. It was pricey, but conveniently located to our hotel. I loved the literary cocktail theme. My husband had the Catcher in The Rye . The food was decent both times. The bread was much better our first visit. The first visit, my pasta was late i
As book lovers passing through town, this restaurant caught our interest. The history made me happy, the menu made me happier, and the food was delicious. My only regret is that I don't live nearby to make my way steadily through the menu.
Greetings, fellow bookworms and ale enthusiasts! The Library Restaurant & Pub in Indianapolis is a literary paradise. 📚🍻 With its cozy, book-lined walls, it's like stepping into a secret library. The menu offers scrumptious pub fare and hearty entrees, satisfying every literary palate. The bar serve
Our table had the stuffed mushrooms, french onion soup, baked walleye, ribeye, garlic smashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and sauteed green beans. Everything was so good!
Quaint pub with a library theme. French architecture sets this pub apart from the standard. Huge bar, great dining area, and many other venue rooms. I had the fish and chips and they were first rate. Also had their chowder and that was blue ribbon as well. Great place for lunch, dinner, or a fu
Filet was fantastic- no knife needed! Picked The Library for a birthday dinner & was not disappointed. Seafood starter was nice - salmon cakes were my favorite. Darcy is a great server in the bar. Enjoyed & will be back with friends.
