I had apple cinnamon roll. One word YUMMY! I could tell the dish was handmade. The cinnamon roll was delightful then the apples on top were wonderful. It was the best of two worlds apple pie and cinnamon rolls. The owner was nice. I would suggest visiting. The food was too delicious I forgot to take a picture

Love love love this little restaurant, smoothies, snacks and sandwiches. I have been a long time customer and have followed her to this new location! Smoothies are made with real ingredients and artificial flavors are not added.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I grew up here and discovered sassys a few years back after a long day at the beach. The smoothies are perfect for beachside days or even on the go! I am always telling all my local friends and family about it, It’s addicting. Anytime anyone visits me from out of town we always stop here and they love it. If you want something Heathy the GO GREEN is amazing! something else on the healthier but sweet side would the be Tripe B, these are the best smoothies here! My daughter is 5 and drinks the Triple B all the time. Great smoothies, great vibe and awesome location. 10 stars!
