The service wasn't bad. And the food was good. magician the first time I've ever been to any Subway that didn't have herb and cheese bread. I was a little disappointed.

I placed an order on the app, the pick up time was scheduled for 11:06am.
I arrived at the Subway at roughly 11:10, maybe a little later. There was one person at the counter with a Manager badge on.
I told her I was there to pick up an order I had placed on the app. She didn't ask my name, but told me that it wasn't ready yet. I accepted this response, and waited.
After a few minutes, she told me very rudely to get 10 bags of chips from the stand and bring them to the counter for her. I did it, didn't understand why she was telling me to do it, but I could see she needed some help!
When I got to the counter with the 10 bags of chips she told me that the person who put in my order said I wouldn't be there until noon. It was at this point clear to me that she thought I was someone that had put in the large order she was working on for noon, and that she had not even started my order that was supposed to be ready at 11:06.
I told her, again, that I had placed an order on the app, and that the app said I should pick it up at 11. She then asked my last name, and told me she hadn't started my sandwiches yet (obviously).
Two more people came out of the back, one immediately went to a computer at a table. The other immediately went back to the back.
She started making my sandwiches at about 11:15, complaining the entire time that she thought she was going to have help that day, but she clearly didn't. There were dirty dishes and half-made sandwiches everywhere and no one was offering to help at all.
And now I've gotten a form email from the district manager that doesn't address any of the items that I brought to their attention in the survey, which makes it abundantly clear that not only does no one read the comments they receive, but that no one is going to use the information in those comments in a constructive way.

Red haired lady was very rude got a doordash to go there and she refused to look it up in the computer just told me it wasn't here, I even called my customer who placed the order and he told me that it was at that location as well.. very poor customer service . 👎

I just called this restaurant to check if they were open because Doordash had cancelled my order and I thought it would be easier to just pickup. The woman who answered the phone was frantically screaming that the manager was not there, she didn’t know how to make the sandwiches and anyway, she had to go babysit and was closing the restaurant and leaving. Apparently her relief was a no show?.
It really is frightening to think that this lunatic might have handled my food. I certainly will not be eating here.

Sandwich maker appeared to have experience. She was thinking two steps ahead and prepared our sandwiches in a fast and accurate way.

The staff are usually friendly, but the store seems to be out of one ingredient or another almost everytime I go.

Ordered food and it took almost 2 hours to prepare and after calling more than 10 times and they declined the call every time they canceled my order.
