My son likes Wendy's. I have had problems in the past at this location and thought today I would give it a another chance. They have been through many managers over the years that I have been going there and nothing seems to change. Today my son ordered the Asiago chicken ranch. Chicken was dry. He asked for crispy bacon. I ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. My full size chicken sandwich had less bacon (and it was not crispy) then my Jr bacon cheeseburger. I guess I will drive the extra 5 miles to go to another Wendy's because I will never eat at this one again. See pics of the 2 sandwiches. Top is the full size chicken sandwich and bottom is the Jr bacon. Both also had soggy tomatoes. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Super nice people, delicious food! The breakfast burrito was scrumptious! Fast too. Actually put me in a better mood. They even put the creams I'm my coffee for me. Good people. Highly recommended!

Worst Wendy's around! Here it is September 5th 2020 at 8pm and they are out of meat, no chilli, frosty machine is DOWN! Which it seems to be 90% of the time when we do try and go there! You have to have cash! Exact cash for your order! Whoever is managing (if that's what you call it) is DEFINITELY NOT doing there job! I WILL NEVEREVER GO BACK TO THIS WENDY'S AGAIN!!!!! and maybe ANY Wendy's because of this one!!!!!!

I love this Wendys because of the staff. The managers are young men that take customer care to new heights. I love their coffee but the double stacks hamburger for one dollar is awesome. If you haven't tried it...go to blue ridge cutoff and 40 hyway and see 4 yourself.

Terrible customer service. The girl on the drive through was rude and mentioned I was on a time frame to make my order. One star for a good burger though :)

Cashier broke the only card I have, no lights on in the parking lot or otherwise. Shocked they got my food right. Completely unbelievable. Don’t come here, I won’t again.

I love wendy's, just started eating there again it's been years and it's better than I remember God I love the chocolate frostie, I think I'm going to go get one right now with my free frosty card free frosty with every purchase of anything
