Arby's

This probably the first time I've had to give a bad review for Arby's. The drive-thru person was hard to hear. My order was messed up. I told them no onion bun on my roast beef because of a serious allergy yet they still did it. My curly fries were cold and the mozzarella sticks were warm and dry. They didn't give me any sauce for that as well. It took over five minutes to get my food after paying for it as well.

Girl at window was extremely rude to my grandmother. June 14th, 2022 at 5:00 pm. She slammed the door in my grandmas face TWICE and harshly glared at her. While my grandmother was being very kind and still smiling even after the window was shut in her face multiple times and an attitude being thrown at her.

If you're looking for unprofessionalism, incompetence and if you'd like to pay for items that you don't actually receive, this would be the store for you. Not only was the person that I spoke with on the phone unprofessional and snarky but when I had enough and asked for the name of the store manager, the girl on the phone hung up on me... twice! These are the same people that feel they deserve $17 an hour! Is this really how you run your store? Rob people of their money and then act rude and entitled when your mistake is brought to your attention?! There is a reason that culverts, just next four, is packed all of the time and this place is dead.

Pulled up and all the lights were off at 5pm. The only reason I didn't drive away was because I saw people waiting in the drive thru. I pulled up to order and I couldn't see the menu because all lights were off, then I waited for person to take my order and she never said nothing even after I said hello multiple times. Finally I just pulled up and I heard her take the person's order that was behind me. I had to leave the line and circle back around. The food was good but the ketchup packets were all stuck together by some kind of honey or something. This place needs to hire better employees!!!

Pulled up and it took 5 minutes to take my order, and the first person I heard was so soft spoken and mumbled I could not understand him. Got my order in, pulled up to the window, where they took my money and told me to go park in the parking lot as they are being timed and don't want to go over thier slotted time limit per car. So I did and it took them another 10 minutes to get my food delivered. They did give me fries, when I didn't order any so there's that ...
