The atmosphere, although cheesy for some, was a great one to eat in. If you're on a budget, you can definitely find a great meal at an affordable price here. As usual, the chips and salsa are a great starter!...at no additional cost of course.
The salsa alone deserves 5 stars. No frills but amazing food. I ordered the fajitas and what a delight it was. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and they had a full bar with great selections.

Probably not a place you'd find without a map, but definitely worth finding. One of the more authentic Mexican restaurants you'll find, very friendly service and a nice atmosphere. There were things on the menu I had never seen before, not your typical Mexican place! Highly recommend!

Best Mexican on the north shore. Clean and great service. Large portions for the price. Salsa is amazing. Family owed and operated. By the post office in village center. Covid compliant and busy so make reservations early! The locals know where the good food is!
This place is family owned and operated. Nice local lil spot for good authentic Mexican food. With really cool tables and chairs. I like their decor and the service.

Hipsters and yuppies beware. This is excellent food at great prices. All you tourists can stay on main road and leave this place for the smart ones. Best Mexican in 3 states. Chile Verde and El president tacos not to be missed.
One of my favorite places in town!! The BEST salsa and tacos, amazing margs, and awesome team who get to know the regulars and are just all around amazing. Love this place!!
I used to love Lupitas for the past few years, but recently, I've noticed a decline in their quality. The chips don't taste homemade anymore, and the salsa isn't up to par either. While the food is still okay, I really miss the previous quality and homemade feel that used to be present on their menu
Lupitas burrito was amazing. The chilli relleno was really amazing. The waiter was running all over the place as the crowd was crazy due to the Independence day long weekend crowd. Also they were out of fried icecream. But the food was really amazing.
The food was OK. Overpriced for what you get with the guacamole. My chiles relleno was different than anywhere else, and not the best. I do believe oir server was training, though, so that might explain the hit-and-miss service.
