The drive thru line is usually around the building so plan on waiting a long time. Parking is terrible too because of the drive thru. Staff is hit or miss. Some are great. Others are very rude and ignorant. On the plus side, they've never said the ice cream machine is broken there!

Drive thru service here is slow. Orders are often not correct and cold. Perhaps they are understaffed. A lot has to do with not reading the ticket correctly.
