Wow, wow, and wow!!!! Great food, they have a beast salsa bar, ask before you taste, some of their salsa is hot. Found my favorite Mexican spot in Riverside county

Great new addition to Idyllwild restaurant scene. Much better than La Casita in term of food and service. Great salsa bar with plenty choices from mild to super hot. Small little patio out back could use a little improvement but very dog friendly. Their burritos are huge and the el pastor tacos are amazing.

Awesome spot with authentic Mexican food. Really enjoyed the warm hospitable atmosphere! We'll be back for sure.

Chips and salsa were on point. Best I've had in a while. Great selection too at the salsa bar. All tasted super fresh. I got the el pastor taco and a chicken taco with rice and beans. Super good. The service was wonderful. Definitely one of our new favs in town!

This place was great! The food was delicious and they had excellent service. The new Chef Tony was awesome as well and they had an excellent salsa bar! Definitely worth checking out if you're in Idyllwild.

Great Authentic Mexican Food! So glad we decided to try something new for a change. We had great service, huge margaritas. We had tableside guacamole, which was the BOMB! The food was so delicious too. I had the shrimp cocktail, I hadnt had a Mexican one in years. The shrimp was clean and fresh. My sister had the veggie tacos..so good! My mom had the taco and echilada combo and loved it too! Chef Tony surprised us at the end with fried ice cream..omg! So yummy! We are up in the area several times a year and will definately be back! We plan on going back on Saturday to try the weekend specialties of posole, menudo, and birria! They even make sopes from scratch too! Cant wait, wishing we didnt bring so much food with us to our cabin to cook!

Had the Cheese enchilada special. Food was not anything I'd brag about. Took a while to get our meals and they served one plate and then 10 minutes later they brought the other one. Won't be recommending this place to any of our friends.

Good service and good food The place is a small so if you bring a big group of people make sure there will be enough tables and chairs I got cheese enchiladas and they were very good especially the rice

Decided to go here for dinner Memorial day weekend after ignoring for a year or so thinking it couldn't be any good at this location because so many have tried and failed. Boy was I wrong. Really good food and reasonable prices. The only reason not five stars is they were understaffed and service was very slow. I would defiantly go again.

This is up there with burritos I've had in the mission district. I had the fish burrito, which was delicious and enormous. No need to eat for the rest of the day! Can't wait to go back and try other items on their menu.

I've eaten there 5 times now. I like the Mexican Shrimp cocktail, and the Shrimp tacos. Their Hugh bowl of Albondigas soup is delicious. Sheri Kyser. Idyllwild

Half the beer menu was not available. Asked for baileys and coffee no baileys. Nachos ok.

Excellent. We were there today and we really enjoyed it. They even made something special for my 6 year old who wanted something not on the kids' menu. We will be back! Tortillas were amazing. Hoping to go tomorrow as well.

We stopped because the name sounded funny, but everything was great. The food was delicious and it was very welcoming.
